All prices on our website are in AUD, and all sales are final since each print is made to order. This means we cannot offer returns, including on gift cards. Please ensure you read the description and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order or exchange my print?
Once an order is placed, it’s final. Because each print is made to order, we cannot accommodate cancellations or exchanges. Please double-check all descriptions and sizes before ordering.
Received a damaged print?
We’re here to help! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at hello@amica.net.au with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. We'll be happy to assist you.
Order shows as delivered, but you didn't receive it?
First, check with the courier and local postal service using the tracking number provided in your shipping notification. Your package might be waiting at your nearest post office. If they can’t locate it, contact us at hello@amica.net.au, and we’ll do our best to help.
